St. Augustine’s is the Parish Church for the 7500 people who live in the roads off Ecclesall Road and around Endcliffe Park. They are a wide mixture of families with young children, long established residents and a transient population of students from both Universities.

Others from outside the parish join us, seeking a friendly congregation and dignified worship with a high standard of music.

How to Find Us...

St. Augustine’s Church is on Brocco Bank, about 70m from the Hunters Bar roundabout on Ecclesall Road. The church and church hall are wheelchair accessible and there is a limited amount of off street parking around the church. Our postcode is S11 8RQ for your sav-nav!

The Church is served by a number of bus services:

The Buses 81,82,83 & 88 run at frequent intervals on Sundays from the city centre to Hunters Bar.

The No. 30 also provides an hourly service via the Hallamshire Hospital. On weekdays the No. 6 & 85 from the City centre, and 30 via Royal Hallamshire Hospital
