St. Augustine's Church

St. Augustine’s is the Parish Church for the 7500 people who live in the roads off Ecclesall Road and around Endcliffe Park. They are a wide mixture of families with young children, long established residents and a transient population of students from both Universities.

Others from outside the parish join us, seeking a friendly congregation and dignified worship with a high standard of music.

Young People at St. Augustine's ...

Children of all ages are welcome to all our services. There is a carpeted play area at the back of the church with small chairs and tables, toys, paper and pencils. There is often a member of the congregation available to support parents with young children.

The 10.30am service on the second Sunday of the month is usually tailored to family groups and is simpler and shorter than usual. St. Augustine's is proud to have an increasing number of young children that attend the Church on a regular basis.
